UTA to highlight its economic return to the State of Utah at UTA Central Garage

WHAT: The Utah Transit Authority and Wasatch Front Regional Council will highlight the key findings of an economic study that details the economic value and return generated for the state of Utah by its largest public transit system.

A recent study conducted by Metro Analytics, and in coordination with local, regional, and state transportation and economic partners, concluded that UTA generates $377 million in tax revenue, supports more than 79,000 jobs, and returns $5.11 to the community for every $1 invested in UTA projects.
